3 March & Beyond
Tonight's rehearsal will go ahead as usual starting at 7pm prompt. The snow is expected to ease in the afternoon when we may get rain so the roads should be OK. We may finish a little early at around 8.40pm but Scarecrows won't finish until 9pm
Saturday's rehearsal is from 1.45pm until 6pm at Beechwood Scout Hall (off Newhouse). No costumes are needed unless individuals have been specifically told to bring a certain costume. Brownies and Cubs will be finished at 3.30pm.
Monday night is our first in the Theatre. Please arrive at the Stage Door (off the theatre foyer) between 5.30pm and 5.45pm. You must go straight to your Dressing Room and get your costumes organised then change into costume for The Opening. Please take heed of instructions from the people organising your dressing room. From Tuesday to Saturday you should arrive between 6.30pm and 6.45pm.
All cast and back stage staff must register or sign in at the door. This is a safety requirement.
The dressing areas will be cramped with such a large cast but if you keep your costumes tidy and organised then you will find it very much easier to get changed and back onto the stage in time for your next number. Don't forget the instructions on how to organise your costumes on hangers.
