Sunday 23 November

Apologies for the mix-up of finishing times last week. We try to keep changes to a minimum but sometimes we have to change something.   Everyone should have collected the orange rehearsal sheet with all the changes listed.  It takes effect from Sunday 30 November.

This week is as printed in the original white sheet :
2 - 2.45  Singing Cinders
2.45 - 6.30   Setting Cinders

Wednesday 12 November 2014

Sunday 16 November

Once again you've exceeded all expectations - Well Done !

You, the 2015 Gang, are learning the songs and moves much faster than any Gang before.  This means that we have to re-arrange rehearsals yet again as we're almost finished Feline Frolics and won't need so much time on Sunday.  We have therefore brought forward the singing for Ain't Love Wonderful from 7 December

The timetable for this week now looks like

2 - 4 Feline Frolics                                            2.30 - 4    Ahh! (in Scout Hall)
4 - 5.30 Singing (Ain't Love Wonderful)
5 - 6   New Clothes (Specialist Dancers ONLY)

A new Rehearsal Schedule will be available on Sunday   It will run from 30 November.  Be sure to get your copy which will be ORANGE.

Sundays + Miscellaneous

If you are scheduled to go to the Scout Hall for a rehearsal please book in first at the Church Hall.  Everyone will then go up together.  At the end of a rehearsal everyone will come back down to the Church Hall for the next rehearsal or to be picked up.

Sometimes rehearsals can clash with individuals down for a production number rehearsal AND a small item rehearsal.  In this case the small item takes precedence.  However, if there is still some time before or after for the production number rehearsal you must join back in.

The rehearsal on Sunday 9 November are at the times listed on the green slip.

First Rehearsal

In a few days the Audition Workshops will have been completed and invitations will be on their way to those chosen to join the 2015 Stirling Gang.   They will be posted during the morning of Monday 15 September

The first rehearsal is on Sunday 21st September.   New members should meet at the Queen Street Scout Hall at 1.45pm.  It will take a few minutes to register everyone and then we'll walk down to the main Sunday rehearsal venue which is Viewfield Church Hall.

Because of roadworks it is not possible to drive to Viewfield Church this week.  For this reason returning members from the 2013 Gang should be dropped off at a suitable place and walk to the Church Hall for 3pm.  The cast will be given a copy of the script which also contains the complete rehearsal schedule.

At the end of the afternoon everyone will make their way back to the Scout Hall where you can be picked up at around 5pm or, if you are taking part in the Casting Workshop, at 6.30pm.

Don't forget there is an information meeting for parents from 4pm - 5pm in the Queen Street Scout Hall.   Parking in the area may be difficult so please allow plenty of time to park or walk.
